Strawberry Sorbet – Keeping On Point

This easy-to-make Strawberry Sorbet is the perfect dessert to have on hand.

Keep it in the freezer for when you’re craving something sweet, and you won’t be disappointed.

According to the WW app, if it’s a drink or smoothie, you’re supposed to count points for the fruit.

It’s not a drink or smoothie, but I counted the points to be safe. It’s only 1 point per serving.

If you don’t count the fruit as points, the sorbet is 0 points.

The Ingredients

You only need 4 things to make this Strawberry Sorbet:

  • Strawberries (1 lb.)
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Granulated Splenda
  • Water

How to Make Strawberry Sorbet

Clean the strawberries and cut the tops off. Add them to a blender.

Add to the blender 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice, 1/4 cup granulated Splenda, and 1/4 cup water.

Blend on high until it’s liquified.

Pour the strawberry mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze for 4 hours.

If the sorbet is left in the freezer for a long period of time it will become hard. When this happens I put it in the microwave at 50% power for 30-60 seconds.
